Justin Bentley

My name is Justin Bentley. I am a Data Management Associate/Product Fulfillment Specialist at Ventures ATL. A nonprofit organization for people who are diagnosed with autism like me.

My first day working here was on Tuesday, September 1st, 2020. When I first started working at Ventures ATL, I began packaging apple slicers and honey spoons for the Temple. From there as time went by, we have gotten more and more clients to work with both in data management and product fulfillment.

My favorite hobbies include watching TV and playing video games.

My greatest strengths are hard work, organization, and time management.

My role at Ventures ATL for data management is to provide our clients with the correct information. Every month. I pull Rockwood production information for Keystone Insurers, and I have verified the information for many customers of Cox and worked on various web scraping projects for Roark Capital. For the product fulfillment side, my task is to package what needs to be shipped out in boxes and print out the shipping labels for them. I have packed honey spoons, apple slicers, and books for the Temple, handbags for Dooney & Bourke, vehicle diagnostic applications for FIX’D, calendars and water bottles for Invisors, and welcome boxes for ESIS.

I enjoy working at Ventures ATL because I get to work with other people who have the same nuerodiverse diagnosis as me, which shows that I’m not alone. Also, I love to package things for our clients because I love being organized. I’ve been organized ever since I was 2 years old. I was diagnosed with autism when I was 3, and that is why I take everything seriously.
