Chet Hurwitz
Executive Director
Chet is actively engaged on a daily basis to help Ventures ATL achieve its mission to provide career path opportunities for neurodiverse adults. In this role, he relies on more than 40 years of experience as a lawyer and strategic business advisor to several global companies. For the last decade he has been an active and visible leader of national initiatives to create meaningful career paths for individuals with autism and other developmental differences. Chet plays a lead role in the development of the commercial relationships with our corporate clients and the manner in which Ventures ATL delivers successful client engagements. Chet has lived in Atlanta for more than 30 years and he has an adult son on the autism spectrum.

Jacob Blaeser
President
Jacob was the founding Managing Director of Ventures ATL. Starting September 2020, Jacob transitioned to a position on the board as he enrolled in Stanford's Graduate School of Business. Jacob graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with highest honors in the field of Industrial and Systems Engineering. During his time at Georgia Tech, he assumed a leadership role in a wide range of extracurricular activities including the role of Chief Justice of the Undergraduate Judiciary Committee. He also helped lay the foundation for a program at Georgia Tech that allows students with developmental differences to work towards a certificate of completion. Prior to joining Ventures ATL, Jacob worked at a management consulting firm focusing on Strategy, Sourcing, and Procurement Process Transformation. He combines a disciplined technical background with a passion to promote sustainable employment opportunities for adults with autism and developmental differences.

Jordan Walsh
Director of Operations
Originally from Memphis, TN, she earned a B.A. in Public Relations with a minor in Business from Auburn University. Before joining the Ventures ATL team, Jordan thrived in the IT staffing realm, skillfully aligning corporate demands with the talents of potential employees. Since becoming a valuable part of the Ventures ATL family, she has ignited her role by providing dynamic direction and coordination for successful client engagements led by our talented workforce.
She brings an energetic spirit, innovative ideas, and adept leadership skills to the table. As the Director of Operations, she oversees diverse responsibilities. Jordan adeptly navigates project management, bridges the gap between our clients and employees, and steers the pursuit of success on all fronts. Moreover, her dedication extends to managing business operations, HR and onboarding, as well as the intricacies of accounting and finance. With a relentless commitment to excellence, Jordan exemplifies the driving force behind Ventures ATL's achievements.

Gia Cohen
Project Manager
Originally from Sarasota, Florida, Gia has been a competitive tennis player since the age of eight, competing at both national and international levels. Her dedication to the sport earned her a student-athlete scholarship to the Georgia Institute of Technology, where she earned a B.S. in Business Administration. She later transferred to Mississippi State University to pursue an M.S. in Information Systems and Technology, all while being an active member of the women’s tennis teams at both schools.
As the Project Manager at Ventures ATL, Gia oversees daily operations, manages our social media presence, and collaborates with the team to ensure successful project execution. She brings her strong leadership skills, positive energy, and hard work ethic to everything she does at Ventures ATL.
