David Andes: As Chief Investment Officer of Newburger-Andes, David is responsible for all facets of day-to-day operations. He oversees the management and leasing of a portfolio of almost 100 office, retail and industrial properties valued at over $250 million. He also orchestrates the due diligence, underwriting and syndication of all new acquisitions. He has established enduring relationships with the brokerage, investment, banking, and the real estate services community.
Joanthan Basinger: Jonathan Basinger is a commercial real estate agent/business broker specialist and is a partner of McShaneBasinger LLC which had is origins in 1999. Previously, Jonathan had a distinguished career as the founder/owner of an Atlanta based business-to-business full service marketing/advertising/PR firm. He has served on numerous boards since 1987 and has been dedicated to causes that help kids at risk or with disabilities. Jonathan also serves on the National Board for the Autism Society of America and has since 2010 and is the board chair for the Autism Society of Georgia.
Katy Conway: Katy is the Regional Director of Recruiting for the Southeast practices of Resources Global Professionals (RGP), a global professional services firm. Katy has over twenty years of workforce planning, talent strategy, talent acquisition, talent management and Human Resources experience. She also has fulfilled human capital roles for a variety of Atlanta-based organizations including Novelis, Georgia-Pacific Corporation, Emory University and a small, privately-held company.
Kimberly Dick: Kimberly is the Executive Director of the Georgia Chapter of Autism Speaks. In that role, she leads the field development efforts of Georgia and Tennessee. She has been a strong supporter of efforts to create job opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities.
Chris Mathews: Chris is a director with PwC’s Tax Projects Delivery Group with 10 years of experience providing tax consulting assistance to clients in a wide variety of industries. Chris primarily provides research tax credit expertise, helping clients secure federal and state research tax credits, developing documentation to support R&D credit claims, and providing support for clients in audits performed by the IRS and state taxing authorities. Chris has deep technical and audit support expertise, providing clients with consulting expertise regarding IRS and financial statement audit activities.
